Fleet detailing for work vans and company cars
A wrapped van is a rolling ad. A filthy one is too. We keep both sides of that fact in mind.
The crew comes to wherever the fleet parks and works through the vehicles on a standing schedule: weekly, biweekly or monthly, sized to how hard the route is on them. Exterior washes hold the wrap and the paint; interior service keeps the cab presentable for whoever rides along.
How a fleet route runs
- One walkthrough of the lot with Moe to set the checklist per vehicle
- A standing slot, so the fleet is done before the vehicles roll out
- The van brings water and power. Your yard needs to supply nothing
- One invoice on the schedule you agree, not a stack of receipts
- Certificates of insurance on request
Boat and marine detailing
A season on the water earns a hull chalky gelcoat, waterline stain and grey vinyl. Detailing is how it comes back.
We work on the trailer at your address or where the boat sits. Wash-down and dried-salt removal, machine polish to bring oxidized gelcoat back to gloss, protective wax against the next season, and interior vinyl cleaned and conditioned so it stops going grey and brittle.
What the crew handles
- Hull wash-down and waterline stain removal
- Machine polish for oxidized gelcoat
- Protective wax over the finished hull
- Vinyl seats and cockpit cleaned and conditioned
Tell Moe where the boat lives when you call. On-trailer and in-slip jobs are both priced before the visit, the same as every job.
Dealership and lot prep
A buyer decides in the first walk around the car. Transport grime and lot dust do not help the price.
We prep inventory where it sits: incoming units cleaned up after the truck ride, front-line vehicles kept photo-ready, and sold units given a delivery detail so the handover feels like a handover. One of our reviews tells the story: a car transported up from Florida "arrived looking battered" and left the crew's hands ready to show.
What dealers use us for
- Incoming inventory cleaned after transport
- Front-line units kept photo-ready and wet-look
- Delivery details on sold vehicles
- Batch scheduling across the lot, priced per unit
How commercial work is set up
- The walkthrough
- Moe looks at the vehicles, or the boat, or the lot, and prices the work before anything is booked. For fleets that means a per-vehicle checklist you both sign off on.
- The schedule
- Standing slots, Sunday to Friday between 7 and 7, set around when your vehicles are actually parked.
- The paperwork
- Licensed and insured, with certificates of insurance on request. Invoicing runs on the cycle you agree with Moe instead of a card reader in a parking lot.
- The standard
- Same guarantee as every residential job. You or your manager walks the finished vehicles with the crew, and anything that is not right gets fixed before they leave.
Commercial questions, answered plainly
Do you need water or power at our site?
No. The van carries its own water, power and products. A parking lot with nothing on it is enough.
Which areas do you cover?
Rockland, Bergen and Orange counties, from our base in Monsey, NY. If your lot sits at the edge of that map, call anyway and Moe will tell you straight whether the route reaches you.
Can you work around our operating hours?
The crew runs Sunday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and fleet slots are set for when your vehicles are parked, early mornings before roll-out included. We are closed Saturdays.
How is fleet work priced?
Per vehicle, against the checklist agreed at the walkthrough. Moe quotes the route before the first visit, and the price holds unless the checklist changes.
Do you detail boats in the water?
Tell Moe where the boat sits when you call. On-trailer jobs at your address and work where the boat is kept are both priced up front, like everything else.
